Members of the Cass County CASA Board of Directors agreed to make a commitment to:

• ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• hire, evaluate, and support the Program Director

• raise funds to assure adequate financial resources

• ensure that resources are well managed

• develop long-range plans for the organizations’ future

• serve on at least one standing committee

• prepare for and participate in board and committee meetings, including all appropriate organizational activities.

• make an annual financial contribution
