PROGRAM DIRECTOR, ERICA BOULANGER
Erica has lived in Cassopolis, Michigan for 14 years with her husband Brad, and daughter Ella.
She graduated from Western Michigan University in 2000, with a B.S. in Family Studies. After graduation, Erica worked for Oaklawn Psychiatric Center for 4 years, doing Supervised Visitation, before moving to the Family Preservation Team.
Erica then took a position as the Behavioral Specialist for Cassopolis Schools (K-3) and held three long-term positions doing the same behavioral counseling work at Samuel Adams Elementary and Ross Beatty High School.
Prior to becoming the CASA Program Director, Erica was the Program Coordinator where she worked closely with the CASA volunteers and Cass County’s Family Court. As she enters her fourteenth year with CASA, shpe looks forward to growing the number of volunteers and providing trauma-informed education to our advocates to better serve our foster care youth in Cass County.
