Are you passionate about serving youth and families in need and ready to help drive positive change? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors at CASA of Cass County. Your expertise, energy, and commitment can help us further our impact in the community.

Who We Are

OUR MISSION IS TO CHANGE THE FUTURE FOR CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE.

Since 1997 CASA of Cass County has been training volunteers to be the voice of youth in our foster care system.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking diverse individuals who bring unique perspectives and skills, in a variety of areas, as well as commitment and passion to serving our community.

Board Member Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Hire, evaluate, and support the Program Director

  • Raise funds to assure adequate financial resources

  • Ensure that resources are well managed

  • Develop long-range plans for the organizations’ future

  • Serve on at least one standing committee

  • Prepare for and participate in board and committee meetings, including all appropriate organizational activities.

  • Make an annual financial contribution
